By booking an appointment at Melosa Clinic, you (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee up to the equivalent 50% of the scheduled service cost.

2. Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving late will be provided service for the remaining scheduled session time only, with no reduction in fees. To ensure the full duration of your session, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

3. Health and Safety: Clients must complete a health history form prior to their first session and inform the therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that could affect their massage therapy session. It is the client's responsibility to keep the therapist updated on any changes in their health status.

4. Therapeutic Nature of Services: All massage therapy services provided are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled service.

5. Confidentiality: Client records and information are confidential and will not be shared without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment: Payment is due prior to or at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available and must be presented at the time of service. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The therapy center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Right to Refuse Service: The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed necessary for the therapist's or clients' safety and well-being.

10. Satisfaction and Feedback: Your satisfaction is important to us. Please provide feedback or concerns about your session to your therapist so we can strive to meet your expectations.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Your continued patronage and booking of appointments constitute your acceptance of these terms.
