Our Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Melosa Clinic, you (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving late will be provided service for the remaining scheduled session time only, with no reduction in fees. To ensure the full duration of your session, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. We look forward to providing you with exceptional care and a rejuvenating therapy experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that all of our clients receive the attention and care they deserve, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Advance Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee up to the equivalent to 50% of the service fee. This fee helps compensate our therapists for the time that was reserved for your appointment.

No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service fee. We understand that emergencies can happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, repeated rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation policies.

Exceptions: We understand that certain circumstances, such as sudden illness or emergencies, may prevent you from giving advance notice. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our clinic via text or email during business hours.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Thank you for choosing Melosa Clinic. We look forward to serving you soon!
